Lightning Pitches

Each lunchtime, 10-12 startups will step onto the What’s Golden Stage for a series of 60-second Lightning Pitches. It’s their chance to share the problem they’re solving, the idea they’re bringing to life and why it matters.

Sixty seconds. One microphone. One very enthusiastic pair of cymbals waiting for anyone who goes over time. What could possibly go wrong?
.

Whether you’re building the next breakthrough in AI, tackling climate challenges, transforming healthcare or creating something we’ve never seen before, we’d love to hear from you.

Lightning Pitches aren’t about delivering the perfect pitch. They’re about sharing big ideas, celebrating innovation and sparking conversations that continue long after the timer runs out.

How it works

Each day, 15 startups will to take to the What’s Golden Stage during lunch. Each founder will have:

  • 60 seconds to pitch
  • A branded screen featuring their company name, logo and QR code for the audience to learn more
  • An audience full of curious humans

No PowerPoint. No demos. No investment asks. Just you, your idea and 60 seconds to get people talking.

What we are looking for

The best Lightning Pitches are simple. Tell us:

  • What problem are you solving?
  • What’s the idea you’re bringing to life?
  • What impact could it have?

If people walk away wanting to come and find you afterwards, you’ve nailed it.
