Where the Festival will run.
  • In 2020, Something Digital will run as a hybrid festival providing both In-Person and Online activations.
  • The In-Person elements will run in smaller venues across Brisbane, enabling our digital community to meet, engage and collaborate.
  • Not only will this ensure that we comply with social distancing requirements, but that we also use the festival to showcase much of our incredible city.
  • The Online elements will run in our virtual hub - set up to help attendees engage in the virtual environment.

Virtual Hub.
Virtual events should be so much more than a video stream on a web page. That's why will be using a platform that helps attendees engage in the virtual environment.

Sessions will be interactive, with social features like polling, Q&A, and a list of attendees in each session.

At every step of the experience you will also have networking tools. Whether mingling in channels, posting on the activity stream, browsing attendee profiles or viewing a session, networking is always a click away.
