International speaker | Joining virtually >> People & technology. Embracing authenticity at work.

Life changes when you stop seeing people as resources and more as partners. When you move away from flexi-time and empowerment towards humility, vulnerability and compassion.

How do you create a culture that fosters employee happiness before company growth? That includes a safe space where colleagues can take risks without getting hurt?

What are the human strategies that need to surround digital innovation to enable an authentic sense of purpose?
Mazzy Cameron, Global Director People & Organisational Development, eBay & Stubhub

Conversation >> Re-designing technology. #NoFilterTechConvo.

We are asking some of our key digital legends to re-join us for a no filter conversation on where digital innovation will take us over next 30 years. The only caveat is that they cannot be restricted by resources, by what their organisations think they should say or by politics. But they do need to put PEOPLE first.

Will the promise of technology be fulfilled in our lifetime? What would you do differently if you could re-design the internet, machine learning, blockchain, robots...? What are some of the systemic changes we should be pushing for? How do we embed ethics from the start? What if we used AI to forsee our unintended consequences?
Leanne Kemp, Queensland's Chief Entrepreneur + Founder and CEO, Everledger
Marek Kowalkiewicz, Founding Director, QUT Centre for the Digital Economy
Justine Lacey, Director, Responsible Innovation Future Science Platform, CSIRO

Presentation >> Hope, optimism & connection.

It has been a tough year - there are no two ways about it. However, we also have plenty of reason for hope & optimism. That the challenges of 2020 will help to shift our world trajectory.

That together, through our connection, we will create a better and more resilient future.

So how do we convert feelings of hopelessness, frustration and loss into a positive movement. How do we use connection, both via technology & in person, to change hope & optimism. And how do we use it all to build trust, emotional engagement, complex thinking and ethical decision making?
Fiona Kerr, Founder & CEO, The NeuroTech Institute
