Sprint Marketing

Lean marketing for actionable, effective campaigns in a fast-paced, digitally driven world during this hands-on, small group workshop.

Most of us who work in the digital world are familiar with Agile Projects methodology and the concept of Sprints. But how can we effectively take these practices into the world Marketing? How can we be fast and lean and still be effective with our marketing campaigns?

In this workshop on Sprint Marketing we'll apply the Agile lens to your selected campaign and show you how to deliver effective marketing by taking a Sprint approach. We'll show you how to break down your overall brand campaign strategy and be laser-focused; narrowing your goals, targets and channels to achieve results each week.

Prior to the workshop we'll ask you to submit a marketing goal or project in advance. We'll select one or two of these ideas to workshop so you can get first-hand involvement in key sprint methodologies, which you can take back and apply to your own challenges. We'll send you an email after you register so you can submit your idea; we'll also provide you with pointers on how to prepare and get the most out of the session.

A sprint approach helps us harness a 'testing mindset', ensuring we validate our ideas before sinking serious time and resources into them. In this workshop you'll learn how easy it can be to adopt the flexibility and adaptability to respond to changing priorities in real time.

This workshop is aimed at Marketing Managers, Digital Marketing Managers and Chief Marketing Officers and will be limited to 10 people.

The workshop will be facilitated by OTM Managing Director, Amy Ward and Senior Marketing Consultant, Noelle Greenwood.
